This vibrant blend combines deep amethyst purple, soft lavender, cool green, berry pink, creamy ivory, and smoky neutral tones with naturally reactive behavior that develops beautiful movement and organic variation in the flame. As the colors melt, they spread, feather, swirl, and react with one another to create finished work filled with floral mosaics, marbled transitions, watercolor ribbons, and gemstone-like depth.

Designed for 96 COE glass systems, Amethyst Thistle performs beautifully for lampworking, fusing, and surface decoration techniques. The blend reveals multiple personalities depending on how it is worked. Mosaic applications produce dramatic floral reactions and fluorite-inspired color combinations, in which purples, greens, and berry tones remain distinct. Swirl techniques encourage the amethyst and lavender tones to flow together into soft ribbons of color with remarkable depth and movement. Encasing enhances the blend's luminous quality while highlighting subtle transitions between violet, blush, ivory, and soft green tones. Compatible with 104 COE when used in small quantities (5-10%). As always, we recommend testing on a smaller project before committing to a larger project. 

Unlike traditional floral blends that lean heavily toward pink or purple, Amethyst Thistle balances cool greens with rich violet hues, creating a sophisticated palette that feels both botanical and gemstone-inspired.
