Your handcrafted jewelry is designed to be enjoyed for years to come. Each piece is thoughtfully created by Stephanie A. White using carefully selected materials including sterling silver, Bali .925 silver, artisan lampwork glass, gemstones, Swarovski® crystals, freshwater pearls, and other premium components.

With just a little care, your jewelry will continue to look beautiful for many years.

General Jewelry Care

To help preserve the beauty of your jewelry:

  • Remove jewelry before swimming, bathing, or showering.
  • Avoid exposure to perfumes, lotions, hairspray, sunscreen, and household cleaning products.
  • Put jewelry on after applying cosmetics and fragrances.
  • Store jewelry in a dry location away from humidity.
  • Store pieces separately to help prevent scratches and tangling.
  • Wipe gently with a soft jewelry cloth after wearing.

Sterling Silver Care

Sterling silver naturally develops a soft patina over time. This is completely normal and can easily be restored.

To minimize tarnish:

  • Store jewelry in an airtight bag or jewelry box.
  • Use an anti-tarnish strip if storing for long periods.
  • Polish occasionally with a sterling silver polishing cloth.
  • Avoid abrasive cleaners or harsh chemicals.

Bali Silver Components

Many designs include genuine Bali .925 sterling silver beads and findings.

These artisan-crafted components should be cared for just like sterling silver and may naturally develop a beautiful patina with age.


Lampwork Glass Beads

Lampwork beads are individually handmade over an artist's torch and then kiln annealed for strength.

Although they are durable enough for everyday wear, glass can still break if dropped onto hard surfaces or struck with significant force.

Handle your jewelry with reasonable care to help protect these handcrafted works of art.

Gemstone Jewelry

Natural gemstones are unique.

Small variations in color, pattern, and inclusions are part of what makes each piece one of a kind.

To help preserve your gemstones:

  • Avoid dropping jewelry onto hard surfaces.
  • Keep away from harsh chemicals.
  • Store separately from harder gemstones that may scratch softer stones.


Swarovski® Crystal Care

Swarovski crystals are precision-cut for exceptional brilliance.

To keep them sparkling:

  • Clean gently with a soft microfiber cloth.
  • Avoid prolonged exposure to chemicals or perfumes.
  • Store separately to reduce scratching.


Freshwater Pearl Care

Freshwater pearls are naturally softer than gemstones.

To help protect them:

  • Put pearls on last when getting dressed.
  • Wipe gently after wearing.
  • Avoid perfumes, lotions, and hair products.
  • Store separately to prevent scratching.
  • Do not dip jewelry with natural pearls in silver cleaner.


Magnetic Clasp Safety

Some jewelry designs feature magnetic clasps for convenience.

For your safety:

  • Magnetic clasps should be kept away from young children.
  • Small magnets may present a swallowing hazard.
  • Individuals with pacemakers, implanted defibrillators, insulin pumps, cochlear implants, or certain other implanted medical devices should consult their physician before wearing jewelry with magnetic clasps.
