8 Morning Glory Swirl Lampwork Beads SRA
Like soft morning clouds drifting across a summer sky, these Morning Glory Bloom Swirl Lampwork Beads feature flowing ribbons of blue, lavender, violet, smoky gray, and creamy white that gently twist together within each bead. This handcrafted set includes 8 artisan lampwork beads measuring approximately 8 x 11 mm.
Rather than distinct mosaic petals, this design celebrates graceful movement. Multiple layers of transparent and opaque Italian glass are carefully wrapped and blended in the flame, creating elegant ribbons that resemble watercolor washes, polished agate, or delicate marbled stone. Every bead develops its own unique pattern, making this set wonderfully varied while remaining beautifully coordinated.
The soft blue palette is inspired by blooming morning glory flowers at first light, where cool blues and gentle violets blend together with subtle wisps of gray and white. No two beads are identical, giving jewelry designers endless opportunities to create one-of-a-kind necklaces, bracelets, and earrings.
Each bead is handcrafted in my Texas studio, kiln-annealed for lasting durability, and photographed in natural indirect light.
