11 Texas in Bloom Swirl Lampwork Beads SRA
Capture the soft beauty of a Texas spring meadow with this one-of-a-kind Texas in Bloom Swirl lampwork bead set. Created using my original Texas in Bloom glass blend and a swirl application technique, these handcrafted beads feature graceful ribbons of lavender, dusty rose, soft periwinkle, muted sage green, warm terra cotta, and creamy ivory flowing together in organic, watercolor-like patterns.
Inspired by the colorful wildflower fields that blanket the Texas countryside each spring, these beads evoke the gentle movement of blooms swaying in the breeze. Unlike the mosaic version, where individual color reactions remain more defined, the swirl technique allows the colors to stretch, soften, and blend together, creating flowing transitions with remarkable depth and movement.
The result is a collection of artisan beads with a softer, more painterly appearance. Muted lavender and blush tones mingle with earthy rose, warm brown, and hints of sage green to create beads reminiscent of watercolor florals, weathered garden petals, and spring landscapes viewed through an artist's brush. Each bead develops its own unique swirls and layered color interactions, ensuring that no two are ever exactly alike.
Each bead was handcrafted in the flame, kiln-annealed for durability, and carefully cleaned before being assembled into this coordinating set.
