Capture the deeper, earthier side of autumn with Pumpkin Harvest Frit Blend, a handcrafted 96 COE artisan glass frit inspired by heirloom pumpkins, fallen leaves, weathered wood, dried grasses, late-season gardens, and the rich colors of the harvest.

Evolved from the original Pumpkin Spice palette, Pumpkin Harvest introduces greater depth through warm brown opaline and reactive multicolor accents. Glowing pumpkin orange, soft apricot, creamy ivory, warm champagne, honeyed yellow, caramel, tobacco brown, and darker woodland tones come together in a layered blend filled with natural variation. As the glass melts and moves, occasional plum, aubergine, olive, and deep brown notes may emerge, giving finished work an organic, painterly character.

Designed for 96 COE glass systems, Pumpkin Harvest performs beautifully in lampworking, glass fusing, glass blowing, and surface decoration. Its varied composition creates distinctly different results depending on technique. Mosaic applications preserve the individual fragments of orange, cream, brown, gold, and muted plum, resembling scattered autumn leaves and weathered harvest fields. Swirl techniques encourage flowing ribbons of caramel, pumpkin, toasted cream, russet, and dark multicolor glass, sometimes revealing unexpected purple undertones. Encasing adds luminosity and dimension, while the addition of gold aventurine can create a glowing, sunlit finish.

Pumpkin Harvest responds especially well to a range of base colors. White, ivory, cream, pale pink, muted green, warm beige, and transparent glass each reveal a different side of the blend. Light opaque bases produce crisp, colorful mosaics, while transparent bases create deep, flowing ribbons with an almost agate-like appearance. Warm neutrals soften the palette into rustic caramel and baked pumpkin tones.

Compatible with 104 COE glass when used sparingly, generally around 5–10% of the total design. Testing on a small project is always recommended before committing to a larger piece.

Pumpkin Harvest was inspired by the moment autumn deepens beyond its brightest colors. Pumpkins rest among dried leaves, fields turn golden brown, weathered wood takes on a warm glow, and the last light of the season reveals unexpected shades of rust, plum, olive, and amber.

Rather than focusing only on pumpkin orange, this blend captures the full richness of the harvest through creamy gourds, toasted spices, caramel, dark earth, fallen leaves, and flashes of late-afternoon sunlight. The result is an expressive autumn palette with warmth, depth, and enough natural variation to make every project feel unique.

Handcrafted in small batches in the USA by glass artist Stephanie A. White, each jar is carefully blended for consistency while preserving the organic variation expected from artisan glass materials.
