Texas Sunset Frit Blend, 2 oz, 96 COE Frit Blend
Bring the warmth and drama of a Texas sunset into your glasswork with this vibrant, multi-tonal frit blend. A carefully balanced mix of warm coral, glowing golden yellow, soft peach, and rich red is complemented by subtle hints of lavender and cool blue, creating a dynamic palette full of contrast and movement.
This blend is intentionally bold, allowing individual colors to remain visible while still working together in harmony. This blend is 96 COE and is compatible with 104 when used in small quantities. When working in the flame, the colors can soften and blend into one another or remain distinct depending on your technique, making it a versatile choice for a range of styles, from mosaic and painterly designs to softly encased, luminous finishes.
Touches of lighter tones help diffuse transitions, while cooler accents add depth and keep the palette from feeling overly warm. The result is a lively, sunset-inspired mix that can produce everything from high-contrast, playful patterns to more atmospheric, blended effects. The example beads have some with shimmering gold aventurine, which was added separately. This blend does not contain any gold aventurine.
