Bright red, festive green, crisp white, and shimmering gold come together in a cheerful palette with unmistakable Christmas character. Flecks of gold aventurine are mixed throughout the blend, adding subtle metallic sparkle that catches the light beautifully once worked into molten glass. The combination can create everything from classic candy-cane-inspired designs to colorful ornaments, holiday florals, and whimsical seasonal beads.

Designed for 96 COE glass systems, Christmas Sparkle works beautifully for lampworking, glass fusing, glassblowing, and surface decoration. Mosaic applications preserve the individual fragments of red, green, white, and gold for a lively confetti-like appearance, while melting and swirling the colors together creates softer ribbons and patches of traditional holiday color. Encasing can add additional depth while allowing the aventurine to shimmer beneath the surface.

Christmas Sparkle pairs especially well with white, ivory, clear, red, and green base glass. Light opaque bases emphasize the individual colors of the blend, while clear glass can create greater depth and allow the sparkling gold accents to become part of the interior design.

Compatible with 104 COE glass when used sparingly, generally around 5–10% of the total design. Testing on a small project is always recommended before committing to a larger piece.

Christmas Sparkle celebrates the classic colors that make the holiday season instantly recognizable: deep green evergreen branches, bright red ribbons and candy canes, fresh white snow, and tiny points of golden light sparkling from a Christmas tree.

The palette is intentionally cheerful and traditional, with gold aventurine adding just enough shimmer to make finished glasswork feel illuminated. Depending on how the frit is applied, the same blend can become playful and colorful or rich and distinctly festive.

Handcrafted in small batches in the USA by glass artist Stephanie A. White, each jar is carefully blended for consistency while preserving the natural variation inherent in artisan glass. Colors may vary slightly due to lighting, monitor settings, application technique, base glass, flame chemistry, kiln schedule, and individual working conditions.
