These beads are made with May Blossom frit by Glittering Prize. They resemble a rose bouquet and are named accordingly. The frit enhances any base color of glass, with the pink shades standing out on lighter colors.

The base colors of glass used for these beads are:

  • Lavender
  • Pistachio Ice Cream
  • Biscotti
  • Periwinkle
  • Light Turquoise
  • Jupiter Storm
  • Chai

pink lampwork beads

The base glass colors in these beads was lavender, pistachio ice cream, and periwinkle. It looks great over all these base glass colors. The pinks and greens look a bit darker on the periwinkle compared to the lighter base glass colors. The lavender glass really made the pink pop a brighter fuchsia.

In the next set, I used biscotti and light turquoise base glass colors. The biscotti is a brighter color and the colors pop  on this base color. The turquoise darkens the pinks and greens and you can see more reactions with color separation with this color.

In the next set, I used chai and Jupiter storm base glass colors. The pinks seem a little bight brighter over chai which has pink undertones.

This is a beautiful frit blend and it looked good over any base glass color. The light turquoise is the one I like least in this set, but it is still very pretty.
