The Winsome Rose Frit from Glass Diversions has been one of my favorite frits for years and it looks great on almost any base. The frit colors are pink, purple, and light pink. The frit itself was very reactive and you could see nice color separation and beautiful lines on many of the beads. This is a raku blend which will produce many colors from pink, purple, yellow, and green depending on how hot you get it. Raku loves intense heat.

In the sets below, I used clear, Douglas Aster, and Opaque Violet. The clear swirl bead creates beautiful shades of pink, light pink, and yellow. You can see how this frit is very reactive over any base glass.

The next base glass colors are Opal Yellow, Cherry Shake and Lilac. This frit looks especially lovely over these pink opaque colors. It would probably look great over Wisteria, but that frit sometimes gives me such trouble with shockiness. It spread nicely over Opal Yellow.

The base colors used here are Light Turquoise, Tea Green, and Violet New. As you can see, this frit is reactive over any base glass. You can see some of the base glass color showing through, so it is good to pick colors that look nice with these colors. I am curious now about putting this over a black base.

he base glass colors here are Cooper Green, Green Avocado, and Baked Alaska. Look at the reactions over Copper green and Green Avocado. The lines in Green Avocado are just fantastic. This is is one of my favorite base glass colors because it is reactive on its own.

As you can see, there are no bad lampwork beads in this batch. So this is definitely a go to frit blend that looks good over anything.
