Shipping & Returns

Shipping and Handling:
United States Postal Service. ALL beaded jewelry orders shipments are insured.

USPS Domestic Shipping

  • First Class $4.50+ - Expected delivery is 6-10 days.
  • Priority $6.50+ - Expected delivery 3-5 days.
  • Express $16+ + - Expected delivery 1-3 days.

USPS International Shipping

  • First Class International
  • Global Priority $12 - Expected delivery 6-10 days
  • International shipments and can be held up in customs.

Please double check your shipping address. If the address listed for shipping is incorrect there are no refunds, and additional charges will be assessed to ship it again.

*Once the merchandise is given to the post office, no claims can be filed on the package until 30 days after the date the item(s) were shipped. Refunds and replacement merchandise will not be given on lost orders until the 30 days after the date of shipment when a claim is filed with the United States Postal Service.

Returns and Exchanges:
No refunds. Exchanges Only.

All returns must meet the following requirements or they will be returned to sender:

  • Written notice with reason for return request must be sent within 7 days of receipt of package.
  • All items may be returned for exchanges only within 7 days of receipt of the package. No exchanges will be honored after the 7 days—exceptions will be made for holiday gifts.
  • All jewelry will be resized for free.
  • A copy of the invoice must be included in package.
  • Items must be in original box and jewelry price tags must still be on the jewelry or the item will be considered used.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • All returns must be packaged in a padded enveloped and insured. Damaged goods will not be accepted.
  • All wholesale returns must be packaged in a padded enveloped and insured. Damaged goods will not be accepted.

Wholesale orders must be returned by mail within 7 days from the date of receipt, exchanges only.
