   1. Do you have a paper catalog you can send?
      Due to the fact that most of our designs are one of a kind we do not have a paper catalog as it would be out of date before it could arrive to our customers.  The websites serves as our online catalog and the New Products page is updated frequently.

Is it safe to place an order online?
      It is actually safer for you to enter your credit card information online than tell it to a merchant over the phone.  When you enter your information online we have a secure server that will encrypt your credit card information so for your protection.
       
   3. Is the silver in your jewelry .925 silver?
      Yes the silver is .925 unnless it is listed as turquish silver and it is .950 with cadmium as the base metal.  My silver sources assure me the silver is nickel free.  On rare occasion I use pewter beads or silver-plated which will be stated in the product description list.
       
   4. Do you offer wholesale prices?
      Our discounts are based on quantity and the larger the purchase the greater the discount. Click the Wholesale Beaded Jewelry under the Company Info on the left navigation panel for more information and coupon codes.

   5. What type of wire do you use in your jewelry?
      In all our beaded jewelry and beaded gifts we use the strongest beading wire that is available on the market.  The wire we use is the most flexible and contains 49 strands of interwoven micro-wire technology and is created for strength and durability.
       
   6. How do I keep a stretch bracelet from getting over stretched?
      Regardless of where you buy your Stretch bracelets, if you roll them on and off you will get longer wear out of them than if you stretch them on and off.  Also I would advise you avoid contact with water it will shorten the lifespan of the bracelet.
       
   7. How long does your beaded jewelry and beaded gifts last?
      With average wear and tear the jewelry should last for, well I won't say forever, but a very long time if you take care of it properly.

   8. If something does not fit how do I exchange it?
      All items may be returned for exchanges only within 7 days of receipt of the package. No exchanges will be honored after the 7 days—exceptions will be made for holiday gifts.  Please review our Exchange Policy for more details.
