This is a question I hear often. As frequently as new jewelry designs are produced, items are sold, and sent off to their new owners. Then you see the dreadful “Sold” sign beneath the very design you were admiring. View the Sold Gallery .

There are times when similar reproductions of jewelry designs or beaded gifts can be made. It all depends on availability of the beads and findings used in the design. The best way to find out is to send an email with the Item Number and the name of the piece and ask if a similar design can be made. If I still have the beads in stock, it is possible to make another similar but not exact replication of the original.

If you see these words, “Item Can Be Custom Ordered,” or “Available While Supplies Lasts” the odds are I have many of those beads in stock or they are at least accessible for me to reorder.

Unfortunately, there are times when even a similar reproduction would be difficult or even impossible to make. Many of the pendants, Lampwork beads, and focal Art Beads are one of a kind and it is highly unlikely to find similar items. Also, the glass beads used in my designs are imported from all over the world and many beads cannot be purchased again.

There are some beads that are always available but the dye used in those beads may not be the exact same shade as beads purchased a month or even years ago. Swarovski often discontinues colors and creates wonderful new colors. So even though it is sad to see beads go, there are always amazing new beads coming out for new unique creations.
